We will explore the versatility of simple everyday tissue and brown paper to turn them into fabric like materials by layering, adding colour and bleaching out, printing, tearing, stitching and piecing together using either hand or machine stitch. Embellishments can be additions of small buttons, cords and paper beads and the product is suitable for a hanging, framed panel or to cover a hard backed book.
