M6 Junction 31a (Northbound)
At M6 Junc. 31a – follow signs for the B6242 (B6243) to Longridge. At the third roundabout, turn left for Longridge (B6243). Drive through Grimsargh. After the village, you pass a Church and a school on the right. About 200 metres on from the Church there is a cottage on the right. Turn right down the lane and right at the T-junction sign posted Alston Hall. If you miss this turning, there is another just after the White Bull Pub further along the B6243. Alston Hall is one mile on the right.
M6 Junction 32 (Southbound)
Take A6 (Garstang) and turn right at the first major junction to the B5269 (Longridge). Follow this road through Goosnargh and Whittingham, turn right at the roundabout when you arrive in Longridge. Turn right at the mini roundabout by the Old Oak Pub and pass Spout Farm on the left. Just before the White Bull Pub, turn left onto Alston Lane. Alston Hall is one mile on the right. (There is a second turning after the pub if you miss this one.)
